plan b fitness offers a unique way to get fit and improve strength with no stress on the lower body.
The plan b kayaking sessions are specifically tailored for strength, fitness, and weight loss and held in the calm waters along the coastline around the Brighton area.
plan b Kayaking Fitness has many benefits including:

- Explore the beautiful South Australian metropolitan coast line and have the opportunity to see and paddle with dolphins.
plan b Kayaking Fitness numbers are limited to ensure client care is a priority so you develop the correct technique and gain maximum results.
plan b fitness provides expert training and guidance with the latest sea kayaks, PFD (life jackets), paddles and spray decks.
We offer the choice of three plan b kayaking fitness sessions a week, both morning and afternoons.
With over 16 years of paddling experience we look forward to taking you for a plan b kayaking session.
The session times are 7am plus 8.30am Saturday, 6.15pm Tuesdays (during daylight savings) and 6am Thursdays.
The Saturday sessions are the most popular so book early to not miss out.
Pricing: Casual sessions are $25 or you can buy a block of 10, used for whichever session whenever you like, for $200 ($20 per session).
