Group training is an ideal way to exercise with friends, family or sporting groups, or you can join one of our already established plan b groups.
plan b caters for as few as two to a maximum nine people in the studio, or larger groups of up to 50+ people either outdoors or at a sporting facility.
Training in groups is an economical way to exercise, while still having the benefits of a personal trainer to motivate, guide and focus on your specific needs.
For sporting clubs we can tailor a package to your needs, whether it be regular training or a one off boot camp style session. We have all the equipment and expertise to help your clubs gain a fitness edge or just a pre season kick start.
We can also do the same for businesses and work places, and even groups of friends who want to train together, indoors or out.
We can even send one of our trainers to you to do the session at a park, the beach or at your workplace or ground.
