About plan b
My name is Bec Short and I am the founder and personal trainer at plan b fitness. I have been involved in sport, health and fitness all of my life. My experiences and research has led me to develop a personal training concept and business that is the answer to your goals. I believe exercise should be about a lifestyle change and an enjoyable experience along the way. It should be a change that is manageable to incorporate in your day to day lives, but will get you the results you desire. Anyone can sign up to gyms, go on diets, read health and fitness books etc, but spend years getting nowhere. We've all tried it and for the majority of us that's just not enough. It takes a very driven person to just decide to lose weight or get fit and actually achieve it, without any guidance. Studies show the majority of the population is looking to get healthier, but having the determination, motivation and knowledge to achieve it on their own is very difficult. Having someone there by your side to help you not only reach your goals but change your lifestyle is what plan b is all about and is what I do best. Here at plan b we cater for absolutely everyone and I personally believe no goal is too hard to achieve. The vast range of activities that plan b provides ensures that no matter how fussy or unmotivated you are, there is a type of exercise that you are able to do and love. About our trainers Bec Short I know exactly what it is like to participate in competitive sport, and challenge my body, through outdoor adventure races and competing at an elite sporting level. But most importantly, I have the training methods to help you lose weight and build your strength and fitness, which no doubt appeals to the majority. My degree in sport science (human movement) and certificates 3 and 4 in fitness (AIF) provide me with a practical and scientific knowledge for your programming and sessions. This, combined with my passion for helping others, is the answer to the challenges you may be facing in your quest for health and fitness. Whether it is weight loss, toning up, increasing fitness, decreasing stress levels or just looking for a competitive edge, plan b is the answer.
